This week, I delve into the topic of how athletes can use refeeds and diet breaks to improve the overall efficiency of a fat loss phase.
Higher calorie refeeds are a common practice in many athletes trying to maximise fat loss and take their transformation to the next level. Anecdotally, 90% of athletes use this ‘tool’ incorrectly which can jeopardise their long term results.
