In this week’s episode of the pod, I highlight the importance of managing your overall work load across training, work, family…and life to ensure you can always remain in top gear and operate at the highest level.
With the correct energy management and life periodisation, you’ll avoid burnout and improve your longevity in the game.
We need to acknowledge and appreciate that everything is linked together and it’s very difficult to compartmentalise one stressor from another as it compounds onto the next, and the next, and the next.
