This week, I had the absolute pleasure of chatting to my good friend @spudjitsu about excelling in both sport and life.
Ben and I worked together back in 2019, and since then he’s gone from strength to strength: Ben competes on the international stage in BJJ, runs a successful S&C/Nutrition coaching consultancy called @unorthodox_performance, is a BJJ coach…and in the process of completing his PhD. So needless to say, this man is an absolute operator!
We discussed everything from productivity hacks, lifestyle management, performance eating strategies and making weight.
